continually apply and practice their specialized skills, the skills
degrade over time. Pilots are required to undergo periodic reviews to
maintain their skills. Medical sales professionals need to do the same.

Pilot™ Teleseminar Training fills the gaps!
We'll work
with you to design a customized teleconference program that will teach,
review, and reinforce essential selling skills while keeping your sales
people focused on achieving company goals.
Every week,
every other week, or once per month a Sales Pilot™ facilitator
will meet with a “team” of your sales people via conference
call. The meetings are one hour in duration. Participants can dial into
the call from anywhere they have telephone access.
During
each call, we will focus on one or more of the essential Sales Pilot
elements of medical selling in depth. Participants will be invited to
present real-life scenarios from the field. The facilitator will guide
the team towards developing one or more collaborative approaches to
the various situations and challenges presented.
The teleconference
format emphasizes a team approach. Your sales team will become familiar
with some of the often-untapped resources in your organization that
can be called on whenever necessary to help move the sales process forward.
Any weaknesses are identified and evaluated and a plan for overcoming
them will be set in place.
Sales management is encouraged to participate in the teleconference
sessions. Managers may use some of the call, or schedule additional
call time to meet with participants and respond to any issues that are
raised.
We can
arrange for the calls to be recorded and archived for review, or distributed
to the sales force on audio CD.
